They Thought It Was Just an Injured Mustang Horse, Until They Saw What Was Hidden Underneath

When volunteers from a Colorado wildlife rescue team were called to Copper Canyon, they expected to find an injured wild mustang in need of help. Beneath the horse lay a human infant—wrapped in a pink blanket, weak but alive.

The stallion, despite his wounds, tried to follow and protect the child, refusing to let her out of sight.
