As summer heats up, there’s nothing better than a cold drink to beat the heat. Kids across the country know this well, and many set up classic lemonade stands to earn a little extra cash. But one young boy in Brigham City, Utah, had a different idea—and it paid off big time until the cops showed up.

On a hot Tuesday afternoon, this enterprising kid set up a drink stand that quickly caught the attention of his neighbors.

The sign he put up seemed to indicate he was selling beer—a bold move, considering he’s clearly under 21 and, of course, lacks a liquor license.

Understandably, concerned neighbors and passersby decided to call the police, worried about the legality of the situation. Officers from the Brigham City Police Department arrived, ready to shut down the operation.

But then, they took a closer look at the sign…
