People often judge without knowing the full story, and Maria’s life was a perfect example of this. A single mother who worked as a janitor, she spent long hours ensuring her son, Aiden, had everything he needed for a better future. “I’m going to work hard so you can go to college, Aiden,” she promised him with a smile.

“What degree do you have?” Elizabeth asked dismissively.
“I didn’t finish my studies because I had to raise Aiden alone,” Maria answered calmly.
