Ingredients (Makes 24 servings):
- 24 large brown mushrooms
- ¾ lb fresh crabmeat
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
- 3 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease an 8 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Prepare the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine crabmeat, lemon juice, panko, melted butter, Dijon mustard, horseradish, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix gently until well incorporated.
