A 24-year-old cornerback, recently drafted by the Minnesota Vikings, tragically lost his life in a car accident early Saturday morning, along with his high school teammate, Hazel.
Both were pronounced dead at the scene, while a third passenger, Anthony Lytton Jr., was taken to the hospital but sadly passed away later.
Just hours before the accident, the young athlete had shared a series of photos on Instagram, highlighting moments from Vikings practice with the caption, ‘Mmmhmmm.’
The Vikings released a statement expressing their deep sorrow: ‘We are heartbroken by the loss of our player in this devastating accident.
