The accident occurred around 3 a.m. when Jackson was riding in a Dodge Charger with two former teammates. An Infiniti collided with their vehicle, causing it to veer off the road and hit several tree stumps. The Infiniti also struck a Chevrolet Impala, though its occupants, including driver Cori Clingman, were unharmed. The driver of the Infiniti also emerged without injury.
The investigation is ongoing, and no charges have been filed yet.
