At 68 years old, Dale “Ironside” Murphy was in the fight of his life against stage four lymphoma. Every Thursday for nine months, he endured chemotherapy with his brothers from the Iron Wolves Motorcycle Club by his side. They made sure he was never alone during treatment.

But one Thursday, something unexpected happened at County Medical Center.

From down the hall, the screams of a toddler echoed through the cancer ward. It wasn’t ordinary crying—it was raw, heart-wrenching, and it wouldn’t stop. For over an hour, doctors and nurses tried everything, but nothing soothed the child. His young mother was at her breaking point, begging for help.

That’s when Dale did something nobody expected.
