Seth Parker, a young entrepreneur from Brigham City, Utah, caught his neighborhood’s attention with his unique setup right outside a local church.
Curious neighbors were initially concerned and contacted the local police after hearing about a boy selling “beer” on the street. Officers responded promptly to check on the situation.
When they arrived, the mystery was quickly solved. The sign, which boldly read “ICE COLD BEER,” actually had the word “root” written in smaller letters just above “BEER.” Seth was selling root beer, not alcoholic beverages!
The Brigham City Police Department shared the amusing discovery on Facebook, writing, “Yep, he’s selling beer… ROOT BEER, that is.” Seth’s clever marketing had definitely caught the community’s eye.
