Creamy Garlic Shrimp Pasta: A Flavorful Delight


8 ounces of linguine or spaghetti (or your favorite pasta)
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to your spice preference)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup chicken broth or white wine
1/4 cup heavy cream (you can use half-and-half or milk for a lighter version)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)


Cook the Pasta:
Cook the linguine or spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
