A single mom with an 11-year-old son, Bethany moved from Miami to St. Charles, Illinois, seeking a fresh start after 18 years in The Magic City. She secured a job at a local IHOP, relying on her 25 years of customer service experience—but furnishing her new apartment was still a challenge due to tight finances.
