Elon Musk Denies Paternity, Declares Massive Amount Given to Ashley St. Clair

🔥 A Custody Battle Playing Out in Public

The conflict became unmistakably visible after St. Clair was photographed selling her $100,000 Tesla Model S outside her Manhattan apartment.

“I need to make up for the 60% cut that Elon made to our son’s child support,” she reportedly said while handing over the keys.

According to her, Musk slashed support after she refused to remain silent. The case, now sealed in a New York court, was filed in February 2025.

St. Clair says their child—a boy born in September 2024 whose initials are R.S.C.—was conceived during a January 2024 trip to Saint Barthélemy, following a relationship that began when Musk “slid into her DMs” in May 2023.

“You’re Really Only Punishing Your Son”

In a series of emotional posts and legal filings, St. Clair has accused Musk of evading paternity testing, withdrawing emotional and financial support, and refusing involvement in their child’s life.

“Elon, we asked you to confirm paternity through a test before our child (who you named) was even born. You refused,” she wrote on X.

Court documents allege that Musk:

  • Has met the child only three times, with a total of less than four hours spent together.
  • Has never initiated contact about the child.
  • Did not attend the birth and declined all offers to be involved in parenting.

“He has never communicated to me about our child without my prompting,” she stated. “You’re really only punishing your son.”

Power, Control, and the Price of Speaking Out

Sources close to the case say Musk imposed a list of conditions on support—allegedly demanding St. Clair keep his identity and involvement a secret. When she refused, support was slashed, and communication ended.

“When she went public, he never spoke to her again. And when this went to court, he cut the support payments. It’s a substantial reduction,” said a source.

The support cut has forced St. Clair to make lifestyle changes. She is raising two children, including her three-year-old son from a previous relationship, in a rented three-bedroom Manhattan apartment, relying on a nanny without assistance from Musk.

“She’s being punitively given far less money than before,” the source added. “He offers no logistical help. Just silence.”

Legal Pressure Mounts

Musk’s attorneys successfully moved to have the case sealed in March 2025—a move critics say is designed to gag St. Clair from speaking publicly.

“The first thing he did in court was to try to silence her—even as he cut off her financial support,” a source close to the proceedings claimed.

Judge Jeffrey Pearlman has since issued an order compelling Musk to respond to the lawsuit or face default judgment. St. Clair’s legal team has filed 12 exhibits supporting her claims, signaling that the case is heating up behind closed doors.

A Billionaire’s Silence, A Mother’s Voice

While Musk continues to offer only cryptic posts and vague statements on his own platform, St. Clair remains outspoken.

“It’s ironic that your last effort in court was to try to gag me while you use a social media channel you literally own to distribute derogatory messages about me and our child,” she wrote. “America needs you to grow up, you petulant man-child.”

She says her last attempt to communicate with Musk—on February 13—was ignored.

The Bigger Picture

At its heart, this isn’t just about celebrity drama—it’s about power, accountability, and the expectations we place on public figures, especially when it comes to fatherhood and responsibility.

“Elon Musk is the richest man in the world, but treats the mother of his child as disposable,” one source said. “It’s shocking and shameful.”

Whether the court forces Musk’s hand or he chooses to respond voluntarily, the world is watching—and the stakes are more than financial. For St. Clair, it’s about recognition, support, and justice—not just for herself, but for her son.
