1. Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the Dough
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Arrange evenly on the baking sheets.
3. Cook the Eggs
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the eggs and cook gently, stirring until just set. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside to cool slightly.
4. Assemble the Rolls
On each triangle of dough, place a slice of ham, a spoonful of scrambled egg, a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, and a little green onion.
5. Roll and Season
