At 56, this grandmother from Germany has transformed her skin into a vibrant, living canvas — spending over £25,000 turning her body into what she lovingly calls her “beautiful meadow.” Roses bloom across her legs, leopard prints sweep her shoulders, and vivid portraits dance down her arms. But a decade ago, Kerstin was the opposite of who she is now. She once hated tattoos, calling them messy and unfeminine. Back then, she had soft auburn curls, plain skin, and a quiet distaste for body art. Then, in 2015, everything changed. Feeling disconnected from herself, she didn’t chase confidence through surgery or dieting — she found it through ink.
Her first tattoo — a delicate rose — became the start of a journey that would transform her completely.
