Hurricane Milton Reaches Category 5, Experts Warn of Potentially Severe Impact

Hurricane Milton is rapidly gaining strength, now classified as a Category 5 storm, and Florida residents are preparing for one of the most dangerous hurricanes in recent memory. With sustained winds of 160 mph (250 km/h) and potentially catastrophic storm surges, the Gulf Coast is on high alert.

Authorities are urging evacuation in high-risk zones, emphasizing that even slight shifts in the storm’s path could dramatically affect flooding, power outages, and overall safety.
