Over time, she has offered fans a peek into her flourishing homestead, nestled in the scenic countryside of Franklin, Tennessee. After marrying former NHL player Mike Fisher in 2010, the couple envisioned a serene retreat where they could raise a family and reconnect with nature. In 2011, they purchased 400 acres of land and began building their dream estate—complete with horse stables, a scenic lake, orchards, and rolling hills.

During a segment on Oprah’s Next Chapter, the couple gave viewers a glimpse of the property in its early stages. Fisher highlighted future plans, including an orchard and a picnic area with panoramic views and fresh breezes.

Their deep connection to the land is reflected in the lifestyle they’ve cultivated. Underwood, an advocate for organic living, has expanded her garden into a self-sustaining operation. She now cares for chickens, grows a variety of produce, and tends to fruit trees including apples, peaches, blueberries, and blackberries.
