As the eldest daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and Vanessa Trump, Kai is gaining recognition for her achievements and her strong relationship with her grandfather, former President Donald Trump.

Born in New York City on May 12, 2007, Kai arrived a little earlier than expected—right in the middle of a family charity event. Named after her maternal grandfather, Danish jazz musician Kai Ewans, she grew up surrounded by a large extended family. Despite being part of a well-known household, her early years were kept mostly private, allowing her to enjoy a relatively normal upbringing.

Over time, Kai developed a deep bond with her grandfather, especially over their shared love of golf. Known for their competitive matches, she credits him with helping her sharpen her skills. “He never lets me win,” she once joked, highlighting the fun and challenge of their friendly rivalry.

Kai’s dedication to the sport paid off in 2025 when she won the ladies’ club championship at the Trump golf course in West Palm Beach. Her hard work and focus on personal growth led to another milestone—her announcement that she would be joining the University of Miami’s women’s golf team.
