On a recent episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, the 59-year-old actor revealed he suffered a kneecap injury while filming. This happened during a seemingly routine moment, not an intense action sequence as one might expect.
When Colbert asked about the incident, Reeves responded with a bit of humor, saying, “No one got to me. Accident got to me.” He explained that he was not performing any stunts but simply walking into a room.
He described the mishap that occurred while he was filming a scene with Aziz Ansari and Seth Rogen. The trio had just finished a cold plunge, and as Reeves did a “cold shuffle” in a room with protective carpets, his foot caught, causing his knee to buckle.
