That moment prompted Clarkson to chime in with her own journey—revealing for the first time that medical support played a role in her transformation.
“I wasn’t really planning on talking about this,” Clarkson said, before explaining that her doctor had suggested she consider a specific medication after certain concerns showed up in her bloodwork.
“Mine is different than what most people assume,” she clarified. “But I did end up needing a little help, too. My doctor had been encouraging it for about two years, and I kept saying no because I was afraid—especially with my thyroid issues.”
While many people speculated that she had used well-known medications like Ozempic, Clarkson explained that hers was something else entirely—designed to help regulate how her body processes sugar. “My body doesn’t do it correctly,” she said.
