  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ lb ground beef
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 ½ lb potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a skillet, cook the onion and garlic in olive oil until softened. Let cool.
