However, according to the White House, there is a straightforward explanation—President Trump’s busy schedule and frequent handshakes.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt quickly addressed the speculation, clarifying that the mark was simply due to Trump’s tireless work ethic.
“President Trump is a man of the people,” Leavitt stated. “His commitment is unwavering, and he demonstrates that every day.”
In a follow-up statement, she emphasized, “President Trump has bruises on his hand because he is constantly working and shaking hands throughout his daily engagements.”
