Fans have expressed concern over Simon Cowell’s appearance in a recent family photograph. Simon was pictured cozily alongside his fiancée Lauren Silverman, following earlier worries about his health this year.
In the photo, the 62-year-old was with Lauren, 45, and their 8-year-old son, Eric. Simon and Lauren are set to wed later this year.
Reflecting on their upcoming wedding, Simon shared, “I’ve kind of felt engaged for a long time, if I’m really being honest. Lockdown and Covid were make or break for many relationships. We were in the same house for over a year, and I thought, ‘Well, actually, we get on really well’. For Eric, as he gets older, he will be asked more about his parents, and I thought it was the right thing to do for him.”
Regarding his weight loss, he said, “The most dramatic period was the first month when most of the weight comes off, and you look at yourself and think, ‘wow’. All I do is avoid red meat – white meat is fine – and I eat loads of vegetables, salads, and drink this great beer. If you’re on a diet, you have to keep the food sensible, but it’s got to be interesting and tasty; then the diet’s surprisingly easy.”
Simon raised concerns among fans during the first episode of Britain’s Got Talent in April.
