- 2 ½ lbs baby potatoes (halved)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add smoked sausage, onion, and bell pepper, mixing well.
- Transfer everything into the baking dish. Dot with butter cubes.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 15–20 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender.
