Ingredients

  • 7 grams agar agar or unflavored gelatin
  • 60 ml water (for hydrating agar agar or gelatin)
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 120 ml water (for mixing with coconut milk)
  • 50 grams unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

1. Hydrate Agar Agar or Gelatin:
In a small bowl, combine the agar agar or unflavored gelatin with 60 ml of water. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes to soften.
