Instructions:
- Place the chuck roast in your slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch, Italian, and brown gravy seasoning packets directly over the top of the meat.
- Pour the water into the slow cooker, around the edges of the roast (to help keep the seasoning in place).
- If using vegetables, arrange them around the roast at this point.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4–5 hours, until the meat is tender and easy to shred.
- Once cooked, shred the roast using two forks and stir it into the juices before serving.
Serving Tip:
Spoon the rich, flavorful juices over mashed potatoes, buttered noodles, or roasted vegetables for a comforting, complete meal.
