Trumps health may prevent him from finishing term, advisor claims

Former President Donald Trump has received a positive health evaluation from his medical team, but public debate continues around whether the 78-year-old candidate is physically and mentally prepared to take on another full term in office.

According to White House physician Dr. Sean Barbabella, Trump recently underwent a thorough medical assessment involving over a dozen specialists. The report described his overall health as “excellent,” citing improvements in weight, cholesterol, and cardiovascular function. No signs of neurological issues were identified, and his respiratory and reflex responses were considered strong.

Still, some political observers and commentators believe questions remain.

Republican strategist Rick Wilson, a vocal critic of the former president, expressed skepticism about the completeness of the report in a recent interview. “It’s not just about passing tests—it’s about how someone performs in real time,” Wilson said, referencing what he described as Trump’s frequent digressions during public speaking.

Others, including journalist Timothy L. O’Brien, have raised concerns about how past family medical history might influence Trump’s behavior or decision-making. In an interview with MSNBC, O’Brien mentioned that Trump has previously spoken about his father’s battle with dementia, suggesting that the former president may feel pressure to project strength and stability.
