Scott Robinson, a longtime crew member and behind-the-scenes cornerstone of the show, received a touching farewell that moved host Drew Carey to tears.

Robinson has been an integral part of the production team for many years, but his contributions extended far beyond technical expertise. When Drew Carey took over hosting duties following the legendary Bob Barker, it was Robinson who helped guide him through the transition. During rehearsals, he acted as a stand-in contestant, helping Carey learn the ins and outs of the show’s more than 70 games.

As Carey reflected on those early days during the farewell, he was visibly emotional. “When I first started, Scott was my contestant for every game,” Carey said. “He taught me everything about this show.
