Ingredients

  • 4 cups mashed potatoes (leftover or freshly prepared)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup crumbled cooked bacon (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and Prep
