COACH GOES VIRAL ONLINE FOR THIS ONE ACT OF KINDNESS DURING KIDS’ BASKETBALL GAME

Their commitment is truly remarkable.

There are countless instances of educators going above and beyond to support their students, exemplifying their selflessness and dedication.

Take Jonathan Oliver, a physical education teacher at WG Nunn Elementary School in Valdosta, Georgia, for example. Recently, he was recognized for a heartwarming act of kindness while coaching a kindergarten basketball game.

During the game, Oliver noticed one of his players, Kristen Paulk, needed help tying her hair back into a ponytail. Without hesitation, he stepped in to assist her.

The touching moment was captured on camera by Kandice Anderson, a fellow teacher at the school, who shared the video on YouTube. Titled “When your job goes beyond teaching!” the video quickly went viral, drawing widespread attention and praise.

In an interview with Good Morning America, Oliver expressed his surprise at the attention the video received, emphasizing that such acts of care and support are common among teachers.
